National Constitution Center
Where it is
Independence Mall runs north from Independence Hall on Chestnut Street. The Liberty Bell Center, at 526 Market Street, stands near its southern end, the Independence Visitor Center is at 6th and Market, and the National Constitution Center closes the mall at the north end, at 525 Arch Street. The Betsy Ross House, at 239 Arch Street, and Benjamin Franklin’s grave, in the Christ Church burial ground at 5th and Arch, are on the same street to the east.
How it relates to Independence Hall
The Constitution was signed on 17 September 1787 in Independence Hall, the former Pennsylvania State House, where the Declaration of Independence had been adopted in 1776. UNESCO lists Independence Hall as a World Heritage Site and records both documents as signed there. The building itself is visited on NPS guided tours with a free timed ticket; the Independence Hall page covers the open house, the tours and the screening. The Constitution Center is a separate museum with its own tickets.

Reaching it by bus
The double-decker hop-on hop-off bus lists the National Constitution Center among its 26 stops, along with the Liberty Bell and the Museum of the American Revolution. Its listing notes that entrance fees to attractions are not included, so admission to the centre is bought separately. Combining it with the Liberty Bell
The Liberty Bell Center is free, with no ticket, and open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, according to the NPS, which lists a visit at 15 to 55 minutes plus the wait. Entry is first come, first served, through a security screening, and there are no restrooms inside; the nearest are at the Independence Visitor Center at 6th and Market, between the bell and the Constitution Center. A morning at the bell and an Independence Hall tour can be followed by the Constitution Center, whose own schedule is on its site.
The Constitution Center at the north end and the Liberty Bell near the south end sit on the same mall, so the two fit one walk along Independence Mall.
